My Philosophy
I believe therapy begins with feeling safe enough to be fully yourself. My hope is to create a space where you can feel safe enough to pause, breathe, and be honest about what you’re carrying. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’m so glad you’re here. I offer compassionate, approachable care that is shaped around you, your story, and your needs.
I believe therapy works best when you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. You are the expert of your own life, and my role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and openness. Together, we can explore what feels heavy, make space for new perspectives, and reconnect with the strengths that already exist within you.
I also recognize that your experiences do not exist in isolation. Culture, identity, relationships, family history, and systems all shape how we move through the world. My hope is to hold these parts of your story with respect and care, while supporting you in moving toward healing, growth, connection, and a deeper sense of belonging.
